Office of Financial Aid
The Office of Financial Aid seeks to enhance the development and performance of Hanover College students by providing information about financial resources available in individual meetings with each student either in person, via telephone, or via other online mechanisms such as video teleconferencing, and during the financial aid portion of each orientation session. The Office of Financial Aid will work with students to determine eligibility for loans. To be considered for need-based financial aid and deferred repayment on federal and state student loans, students will need to complete the FAFSA at fafsa.gov. There is no fee to file a FAFSA. Office of Student Financial Services
The Office of Student Financial Services provides students with assistance in determining optimal payment options for educational expenses. These include providing regular statements of account to students, direct deposit services, cancellations/withdrawals, add/drop refunds, and billing external agencies that have agreed to contribute to student expenses. Students may make tuition payments in person via cash or check or online through Cashnet on MyHanover student accounts page. Students with questions or in need of assistance should call 812.866.7041 or email financialservices@hanover.edu during regular business hours EST.

Levett Career Center
The Levett Career Center is a group of student-support offices housed in Hendricks Hall and devoted to career discernment, pursuit, and attainment for all students. The staff at this one-stop destination offer career counseling and guidance, resume help, job search assistance, preparation for applications and interviews, and networking opportunities and support from the College’s alumni.

The Gladish Center for Teaching and Learning
The Gladish Teaching and Learning Center, located in the Duggan Library, offers academic tutoring, mentoring, and coaching free to all students at Hanover College in their pursuit of academic excellence. The Gladish Center’s goal is to assist students in professional writing abilities and to prepare for entry-level documentation skills, by providing resources to support transitions into clinical practice. Peer tutors selected from the Kinesiology and Integrated Physiology program will use Smartboard technology and video teleconferencing to assist students. Graduate Writing Consultant
Hanover College OTD students have two options for writing support: The Gladish Teaching and Learning Center and access to a Graduate Writing Consultant. OTD Gladish Learning Center tutors will be available to assist OTD students with essential writing skills and format. Peer tutors selected from the Kinesiology and Integrated Physiology program will use Smartboard technology and video teleconferencing to help OTD students with writing needs.
In addition, OTD students will have a dedicated Graduate Writing Consultant to assist with writing needs. The Graduate Writing Consultant will provide synchronous, online support for OTD students year-round in the form of virtual consultations or live chat sessions. The graduate consultant will provide a schedule of hours of availability and monitor his/her Hanover email for requested appointments. Students should contact the Graduate Writing Consultant 24-hours in advance of anticipated needs.

Accessibility Services
The Accessibility Services (AS) office is located in the Gladish Center for Teaching and Learning, on the first floor of Duggan Library. The AS office is dedicated to working with all students with a documented disability. By collaborating with faculty and staff, reasonable accommodations can be approved for the academic and/or living environment. Begin the process of requesting housing, temporary medical/injury, or academic accommodations by following these steps:
- Complete and submit the Accessibility Services Student Registration Form.
- Submit appropriate documentation (submit documents through the online
registration form, by Email Accessibility Services or by bringing them to the AS office. - Meet with the Accessibility Services Coordinator to discuss past learning experiences
and barriers to your learning environment.
After the accommodation request has been approved, students may access the Hanover portal, Accommodate.
Students may request an appointment with staff, pick-up class notes, test booking and upload documentation.

Duggan Library
The Duggan Library provides full-text access to electronic journals that offer off-campus access in the topics of Physical Therapy, Biological Sciences, Health Facilities, Health Professions and Public Health, Medicine, Physical Education & Recreation, Nursing, Preclinical Sciences, and Psychology. An online OTD LibGuide page provides students easy access to journal articles and resources related to evidence-based practice databases, electronic textbooks, and the American Medical Association’s Reference Guide. Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar connects students with their academic lives at Hanover College by facilitating the registration for classes, the assignment of advisors, the transcription of coursework, the declaration of a major, the ordering of transcripts, the handling of name and address changes, and the providing of enrollment verification letters. All students have access to My Hanover, a portal for students to register for classes and access other student information such as billing account summary, financial aid, class registration, grades, and transcripts. Students may also access My Hanover to review progress toward graduation and to track the completion of degree requirements and unofficial transcripts. College Bookstore
The College contracts with Barnes & Noble as the campus bookstore to enable students to purchase textbooks and selected supplies conveniently, in person or online. Bookstore hours are posted on the Hanover College website. Students are not required to purchase books from the College bookstore. However, a current list of textbooks and resources for the OTD Program are listed on the bookstore’s website https://hanover.bncollege.com. Textbooks, Hanover apparel, and gifts and accessories can be purchased and shipped to OTD students.

Information Technology Services
As the primary contact, Canvas will provide 24/7 support through a Personal Support Center (PSC) team. The PSC is the first line of technology support to cover issues such as password recovery & login assistance, Canvas & academic technology navigation, and how-to assistance. Students can also obtain assistance using the Canvas “Live Chat” functions.
The Information Technology (IT) Department at Hanover College provides training and support to students on all types of technology, including email, MyHanover, and the college website. The Information Technology Department provides all computer-related services on campus, supporting computers, wired and wireless networking, phones, email, printing, labs, and classroom technology. All new students are oriented to these systems and processes prior to beginning courses. As part of Office 365, every student member receives free office licenses for the full Office suite. Students may search for answers using the self-service help page, leave a message for the Help Desk any time by calling (812) 866-6899, or submit a Trouble Ticket any time at help@hanover.edu.
